Kurt Falk

Kurt Falk is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management, acquisitions, and financial analysis. As the Principal of Park Realty Group, LLC since 2004, Kurt established a consulting firm focused on commercial real estate transactions and asset management, including work for Thor Equities. Previously, Kurt served as the VP of Financial & Business Analysis for TD Bank Group, specializing in real estate mergers and acquisitions. Kurt's prior roles include Senior VP and Chief Investment Officer at The Atlantic Companies, Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions at The Cornerstone Group, and Director of Finance and Market Research at CB Richard Ellis. Kurt also directed a Due Diligence Department at MIG Realty Advisors, overseeing the acquisition of multifamily properties valued over $500 million. Kurt holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance & Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
