Sanji Chandramohan

Sanji Chandramohan has an extensive work experience in the field of private equity real estate and investment banking. They currently hold the position of Vice President - Private Equity Real Estate at Thor Equities since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director - Private Equity Real Estate at QuadReal Property Group from September 2018 to March 2021.

Before joining QuadReal, Sanji was associated with GIC, where they held the roles of Associate - Private Equity Real Estate - Tactical Opportunities from October 2017 to September 2018 and Associate - Private Equity Real Estate - UK Coverage from July 2016 to October 2017.

Sanji started their career in investment banking with UBS as an Investment Banking Analyst - M&A Real Estate Coverage from July 2015 to June 2016. They also gained valuable experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst - M&A at Morgan Stanley in the summer of 2014.

In addition, Sanji has interned and worked at various renowned organizations including PwC, Credit Suisse, Citi, Commerzbank AG, and Gerwig Tax Consulting, where they gained exposure to corporate finance, valuations, business modeling, investment strategy, tax, and accounting.

Sanji Chandramohan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) in July 2015. These certifications include the CISI Level 3 Certificate in Derivatives, CISI Level 3 Certificate in Securities, and CISI Level 3 Certificate in UK Financial Regulation.
