Marvin Tapp

Marvin Tapp, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as Assistant Manager of Internal Audit at THOR Industries, Inc. since May 2022, following a role as Senior Internal Auditor at the same company. In addition, Marvin holds an entrepreneurial position at Tranont since April 2021 and previously worked as Chief Financial Officer at Early Childhood Alliance from September 2020 to May 2022. Marvin's extensive background also includes a decade at NiSource, where roles included Lead Regulatory Analyst and Accounting Manager, focusing on regulatory compliance and financial oversight. Earlier in the career, Marvin gained academic experience as an Assistant Professor at Taylor University, teaching various accounting and business courses.
