Michele McDermott

Michele McDermott, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a significant background in leadership roles. Notably, Michele serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at THOR Industries, Inc. and previously held the same title at Hub Group. Prior to these roles, Michele was the Senior Vice-President of Human Resources at Assurance and the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at National Express. Michele began their career as the Director of Human Resources at United Service Companies.
