Jeff Wowkowych, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at THOR Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities and guiding corporate staffing policies in alignment with the company’s operational and growth strategies. Previously, Jeff served as a Senior Technical Recruiter, managing hiring processes for a defense contractor.
