Lucas Posada

Lucas Posada has held various positions in the medical and research fields since 2007. Lucas began their career as a Research Assistant at Universidad CES in 2007. In 2009, they moved to Dalhousie University as Research Support Staff. In 2012, they joined THORASYS Thoracic Medical Systems Inc. as a Biomedical Hardware Developer. In 2016, they shifted to SCIREQ Scientific Respiratory Equipment Inc. as a Product Specialist. From 2017, they have been working with THORASYS Thoracic Medical Systems Inc. as an Engineering Manager, Hardware Design Lead, and Manufacturing and Quality Specialist.

Lucas Posada obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia in 2010. Lucas then went on to pursue a Master of Applied Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Dalhousie University, which they completed in 2015.
