Christine Krumsee

Christine Krumsee is an experienced expressive therapist currently working at Thorek Memorial Hospital since February 2023. With a diverse background, Christine has been a certified yoga teacher since June 2009, conducting classes across multiple venues, including the YMCA and hOMe Yoga. Christine holds a Master's degree in Counseling with a focus on Art Therapy from Adler University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Iowa (1999-2003). Previous roles include founding a therapeutic music program at Rose Medical Center and serving as a program coordinator for therapeutic arts at the North Chicago VA. Christine also has experience in health coaching and administrative support in healthcare settings, effectively utilizing skills in organization and patient documentation.
