Linda A. Nittle

Linda A. Nittle is an experienced training and development professional with a strong background in human resource management. Currently serving as the Global LMS Training Manager at Thorlabs since September 2021, Nittle previously held the position of Learning & Development Manager at BioSpectra, Inc. from December 2019 to October 2021. Nittle has extensive experience as a Trainer & Curriculum Consultant at RCN from 2013 to December 2019, and as an HCM ERP Training Developer at Nova Training & Technology Solutions, LLC from April 2009 to 2013, where responsibilities included project management for a significant government contract. Nittle's career began at Victaulic, where roles included Manufacturing Training Facilitator and Visitor Experience Coordinator over a 13-year period. Nittle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from DeSales University and an Associate's Degree with an emphasis in Engineering from Northampton Community College.
