Erin Cave

Erin Cave is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Thornburg Investment Management since June 2018, Erin has been instrumental in various DE&I initiatives, including co-founding the Thornburg Leadership Collective and actively participating in multiple committees focused on equity and racial justice. Previously, Erin held several key positions at Salient, directing events and CSR strategies while managing non-profit partnerships and volunteer efforts during Hurricane Harvey relief. Additional experience includes roles at SH WORLDWIDE, The Morton Arboretum, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Erin honed skills in project management, strategic communication, and event execution. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Kansas State University.
