Elizabeth Hatchett

Elizabeth Hatchett is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal capacities. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Thorntons LLC since August 2016, Elizabeth previously held roles as Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Consumer Protection and Civil Litigation Divisions at the Kentucky Attorney General's Office and as Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in Jefferson County. Early career experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Avery and Schurman, PLC, and a Part-time Lecturer at the University of Louisville, where Elizabeth taught a Gender and Law course. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, a Master's degree in Women's and Gender Studies from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Hollins University.
