Ashley Sterken

Ashley Sterken has had a varied career since 2011. In 2011, they were Assistant General Manager at Frank. In 2012, they were an SLP-A at Care Options For Kids, where they retained a caseload of 19 patients and maintained a 50% patient discharge rate due to mastery of clinical goals. In 2013, they were an SLP-A at Pathfinder Pediatric Home Care Inc, where they collaborated with physicians and families to ensure maximum level of care and progress for patients 0-18 years of age. In 2015, they were a Physician Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist at Mission Health. In 2016, they were a Business Development & Marketing Specialist at Dolci di Maria. Since 2017, they have been Chief Operating Officer, Head of Business Development & Recruitment, and Lead Technical Recruiter at ThorTech Solutions, an innovative software and cloud development solutions provider.
