Ameera N. has worked in the customer service industry since 2007. Ameera began their career as a Personal Banker at Alliance & Leicester, where they were responsible for onboarding new client accounts, managing transactions, providing financial advice, and ensuring compliance with prudential requirements. In 2010, they moved to Santander UK as a Customer Service Manager, where they led a customer service department and designed the department's strategic plan. In 2019, they joined Heist as a Customer Collective Champion, where they delivered engaging marketing and customer service experiences. Currently, they are a Customer Service Manager at Stitch & Story Ltd, where they administer communications with customers and stakeholders while supervising a team of customer representatives. Ameera is also responsible for developing customer service policies and procedures and collaborating with other departmental teams. In 2022, they are set to become the Customer Happiness Team Lead at thortful.
