Lakisha McCrary began their career in 2011 as an AVP of Quality Management and Business Controls at Bank of America. In 2020, they joined Wells Fargo as an Operational Risk Senior Associate - Non Transformational Change. Currently, they are the Managing Director GRC at Sum Theory (formerly Thoth Solutions), where they are responsible for managing GRC resources and helping clients achieve their goals.
