Shelly Parker has an extensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Shelly began their career as an Oracle DBA at Harvard University from 1998 to 2000. Shelly then worked at EMC from 2000 to 2013, holding multiple positions such as Sales Program Manager, Product Manager, Technical Consultant, and Team Leader. Following that, they joined RSA, The Security Division of EMC as a Sales Productivity Manager and Sales Program and Product Consultant from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at EMC as a Consultant Program Manager, and then joined Kaspersky Lab as a Sales Operations, Sales Enablement Program Manager from 2016 to 2019. Shelly subsequently worked as a Sales Operations, Performance Analytics Manager at RDX | Navisite from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Single Digits, Inc. as a Sales Operations, Business Analyst before moving to their current role at Thought Industries as a Sales Operations, Senior Sales Operations Analyst in May 2021.

Shelly Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management Information Services from Northeastern University. Shelly has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they completed the Practical Product Management and Requirements That Work certifications from Pragmatic Marketing.
