Engagements include significant events like the Queensland Public Sector Women in Leadership Summit and the Victorian Association of State Secondary Principals Leadership Conference. An accredited practitioner of PRISM Brain Mapping and a distinction-qualified Mind Gym Coach, Michelle leverages neuroscience to optimize leadership effectiveness and behavior. Prior roles include lead trainer for the NeuroLeadership Group and senior HR manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers, alongside a strong educational background in psychology and educational studies.
