Scott Gooch

Scott Gooch serves as the Managing Director at Thought Logic Consulting in Washington DC, a role commenced in July 2023. Previously, Scott held the position of SVP of Cloud Solutions at 2nd Watch and was a foundational member of the leadership team at Slalom, where Scott significantly drove revenue growth and talent acquisition from July 2016 to September 2022. Earlier career experiences include serving as Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, overseeing a team of 350 experts in defense-related innovations, and as a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy. Scott's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management, and a certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.
