Troy Blackman

Troy Blackman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and project management. Currently serving as Delivery Excellence Lead at Thought Logic Consulting since November 2018, Troy oversees strategy, delivery, and product development in Data Governance and Data Management. Previously, Troy held multiple roles at Thought Logic Consulting, including Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant, focusing on operational efficiency and data utilization for large project implementations. At North Highland, from May 2014 to November 2018, Troy was a Project Manager for AT&T, specializing in data integration and business intelligence. Other notable positions include Vice President of Business Development at Loyalty 360, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Altair Customer Intelligence, and roles at Experian and Equifax. Troy holds an MBA in Marketing from Kennesaw State University and a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from St. Andrews Presbyterian College.
