Peter Dudbridge

Peter Dudbridge is currently the Director of Architecture at Thought Machine. Peter has also worked as a software engineer at BBC and as a proprietor at Peak Multimedia and Design. Peter has also worked as a mobile applications developer at University of Derby CexIMA.

Peter Dudbridge graduated from the University of Derby with a BSc in Interactive Media Production with first class honors. Peter was then asked to stay on as an associate lecturer to teach the same course they had previously studied. During their time as a lecturer, they led numerous modules, including Streaming Media, Video / Audio Production, Multimedia Techniques, Multimedia Applications and Streaming Media. Each module came with many responsibilities, including production of lecture slides, student relations, leading labs / lectures / tutorials, writing exams and marking coursework.

In 2012, Peter Dudbridge left the University of Derby to work as a software engineer at BBC. Peter helped deliver major sporting events by working with backend data feeds and leveraging a wide variety of technologies.

Between 2011 and 2014, Peter Dudbridge was also the proprietor at Peak Multimedia and Design. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the business, from marketing and sales to design and development.

In 2011, Peter Dudbridge also started working as a mobile applications developer at University of Derby CexIMA. In this role, they were responsible for developing mobile applications for Android and iOS devices.

Peter Dudbridge has a Master of Science (MSc) in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor's Degree in Interactive Media Production from the University of Derby.

Their manager is Peter Ebden, Chief Infrastructure Officer.
