Monica Kaiping

Monica Kaiping (Busch) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Monica began their career as an Office Coordinator & Administration for College Planning Experts from 2011 to 2014. Monica then joined Herbalife as a Corporate Communications Coordinator, responsible for writing employee newsletters and managing the company's global intranet page. In 2015, Monica worked as an Account Coordinator at Archer Corporate Services, where they coordinated marketing fulfillment for various divisions. Monica's most recent role is with Modern Gourmet Foods, where they have held several positions. Monica started as a Project Manager in 2016, implementing a Product Lifecycle Management tool and preparing sales-related documents. Monica then became a Merchandising Manager, assisting in the planning and creation of the domestic gifting line. Monica eventually took on the role of Sr. Merchandise Manager, overseeing all aspects of product development and collaborating with key retailers and license partners. Currently, Monica is the Director of eCommerce Merchandising, responsible for managing the company's online merchandising strategy.
