Deepa KV

Deepa KV has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Deepa is currently working as a Senior Director at ThoughtSphere since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at IQVIA for 8 years from August 2013 to October 2021, where they held the position of Director-IT and served as the Solution Delivery Lead for the Clinical Operations Business Unit. In this role, they managed engineering teams for developing, testing, and deploying IT products and solutions across multiple platforms. Deepa was also responsible for cross-platform integration projects and served as the metrics SPOC for RDS Technologies.

Before joining IQVIA, Deepa worked at Societe Generale GSC as a Sr. Manager - MSU from August 2011 to December 2012. In this role, they were part of the COO team and oversaw project and portfolio governance for IT projects in Bangalore and Paris. Deepa was responsible for ensuring compliance to metrics-based governance dashboards and setting up off-shoring of project governance services for Paris PMO.

Prior to that, Deepa worked at iGATE Global Solutions, where they held various managerial positions from September 2006 to August 2011. As a Group Manager- Quality, they headed the Quality team for the BFS Business Unit and was responsible for implementing improvement projects and driving Agile implementation. Deepa also served as a Certified Scrum coach and conducted scrum workshops. As a Sr. Manager- Quality, they led the Requirements Engineering Center of Excellence and developed an iGate proprietary Requirement Framework. Deepa also worked as a Manager - Quality in the internal consulting team, where they facilitated process consulting and brought projects to CMMi Level 5.

Deepa started their career at TCS/Tata Infotech in 1998 as a project trainee and worked in various roles including Oracle PL/SQL developer, Test lead, functional analyst, Project lead, and pre-sales in the telecom billing group. Deepa participated in CMM Level 5 assessment during their tenure at TCS/Tata Infotech.

Deepa KV holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree from SJCE, Mysore. Deepa also completed high school education. In addition to their formal education, Deepa has obtained various certifications including Certified Agile Scrum Master and Coach from Agile CoE, Royal Bank of Canada in February 2011, SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2021, and Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org (specific month and year not provided).
