Phil Bayliss

Phil Bayliss currently serves as the Director of Solution Engineering at ThoughtSpot, a role undertaken since March 2020, where contributions focus on enabling organizations to leverage Search and AI analytics. Prior to ThoughtSpot, Phil held various positions at DataStax, including Account Executive and Solutions Engineer, playing a key role in helping users establish a robust data layer for distributed applications. Phil's earlier experience includes serving as President of Bike Towards the Cure, a charity aimed at raising funds for cancer research, and working as a Solution Engineer at SAP, showcasing the value of analytics solutions. Phil began an academic career as a Graduate Assistant for the NCAA Men's and Women's Tennis Teams at Saint Joseph's University, where an MBA in Business Administration and a B.S. in Management were earned.
