Carme Reverte

Carme Reverte is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Senior Global Talent Acquisition - Engineering & Product and DEI Specialist at Thoughtworks since October 2020. With a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Carme played a key role in expanding the technical team in Spain from 250 to 400 full-time employees and has contributed significantly to the integration of Thoughtworks' European offices. Previous experience includes roles as HRBP & Recruiter at Nestlé's Global IT Hub, where Carme enhanced HR analytics and streamlined onboarding processes, and as a Digital & Tech Recruitment Consultant at Hays, managing end-to-end recruitment for various tech profiles. Additional expertise includes a background in psychological therapy and cultural exchange, supported by a Bachelor's in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Master's in Family Systemic Intervention from Universitat de Girona.
