Chloe Blanchard

Chloe Blanchard is a design expert with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design research across various companies. Currently serving as Principal XD and Design Researcher at Thoughtworks since January 2023, Chloe previously held the position of Lead Design Researcher at Connected from June 2021 to December 2022. At Highline Beta, Chloe was Director of Research Strategy & Execution from August 2020 to June 2021. Earlier roles include Senior Design Researcher at Connected and Idea Couture Inc., where responsibilities encompassed UX strategy, research, and design execution. Chloe's career began as a UI/UX Designer at Clearbridge Mobile, leading product design for award-winning mobile applications, and previously at Generator Design of Canada Inc., delivering traditional graphic design solutions. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Design from York University, earned in 2014.
