Eduardo Aquiles Affonso Radanovitsck

Eduardo Aquiles Affonso Radanovitsck is a Principal Consultant at Thoughtworks since August 2010, where responsibilities include technical leadership across multiple teams, adherence to best practices, and supporting the career growth of technical team leads. Previously, Eduardo held the positions of Lead Software Developer as both Account Tech Principal and Team Tech Lead, focusing on technical delivery and team development. Eduardo's earlier roles include Senior Software Developer and Software Developer, as well as a Scientific Initiation Fellowship at UFRGS, centered on Android development in the field of ubiquitous music. Additionally, Eduardo gained experience as an intern in software development at Banrisul, where an internal application was developed to display server statistics. Eduardo obtained a Bacharel degree in Ciência da Computação from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in 2011.
