Erik Doernenburg

Erik Doernenburg is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and consulting. Since July 2002, Erik has held various roles at Thoughtworks, including CTO Europe, Head of Technology, Principal Consultant, and Senior Software Developer. Prior to Thoughtworks, Erik served as Technical Director at Publicis Pixelpark from January 2000 to December 2001 and worked as a Senior Developer at Object Factory between May 1995 and December 1999. Erik holds a degree in Informatics from TU Dortmund University, obtained between 1990 and 1996, and also studied at University College Dublin from September 1993 to August 1994.
