Heena Tailor

Heena Tailor is an accomplished Lead Experience Designer at ThoughtWorks since June 2019, with a diverse portfolio of clients including Cabinet Office, Government Digital Services, and British Airways Holidays. Prior experience as a Senior Experience Designer included work for Babylon and the Cabinet Office. At Travelex from July 2018 to May 2019, Heena served as a Service & UX Designer, focusing on design-thinking and user research to enhance service design. Before Travelex, a significant tenure at John Lewis spanned from October 2010 to July 2018 as a User Experience Architect, where collaboration across teams was crucial for designing customer experiences. Heena holds a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing and a CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing, along with a BA in Journalism from City St George’s, University of London.
