Lisa McNally

Lisa McNally serves as the Global Head of Sustainability and Regional Head of Cleantech & Sustainability at Thoughtworks since August 2021. Prior to this, Lisa held the position of Customer Engagement Director at Lacuna Technologies, where emphasis was placed on the intersection of transportation and technology in urban impact. Lisa's extensive experience includes a tenure at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from October 2010 to June 2019, where roles spanned Principal of Strategy Formulation, Supervisor of Low-Income Programs, and Senior Program Manager managing energy efficiency programs and climate action initiatives. Earlier roles include Senior Associate at ICF International, focusing on transportation policy and land use management, and Research Analyst at the Center for Neighborhood Technology, where Lisa supported urban sustainability initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Oxford and a BS in Environmental Science and Policy along with a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
