Steve Garcia

Stephen Garcia is currently an Adjunct Faculty at California Baptist University, specializing in Organizational Leadership, Data Analytics, Negotiation & Conflict Resolution. Stephen also serves as the President & Executive Director at TM Camping Co. and has been the Camp Director at Thousand Pines Christian Camp since 2002. Additionally, Stephen is the Owner and Senior Advisory Officer at Monterey Bay Holding Company. In the past, Stephen has worked as a Student Ministries Director at First Baptist Kingsburg, an Instructor Trainer at the American Red Cross, and a Pool Operations Manager at the City of Kingsburg. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Redlands.
