Dave Fraleigh

Dave heads the ThousandEyes Solutions Architecture organization, focusing on user adoption and satisfaction. He brings 14 years of customer support, enablement and advocacy in both SaaS and Enterprise software to the company.

Prior to joining the ThousandEyes team, Dave was head of Customer Care for Clearwell Systems, where he built a global customer support organization, delivering superior service to customers leading up to the company's acquisition by Symantec in 2011. He has held management roles in technical support, consulting and product management at FTI Consulting and the Canadian Department of Justice, and is an alumnus of the University of British Columbia in Canada.
