Sanjay Mehta is the CMO at ThousandEyes. Prior to joining ThousandEyes, Sanjay was the Vice President of Product Marketing at Splunk from October 2008 to September 2014. Sanjay was responsible for global marketing strategy and execution for Splunk's portfolio of products and cloud services. During their six-year tenure at Splunk, the company grew from single digit millions revenue to a successful IPO and ten billion dollar market cap, defined and led the Operational Intelligence category, grew customers tenfold to nearly 8,000 customers in 100 countries, and was recognized as a leader and innovator in the company’s core market segments of IT management, applications management, security intelligence, big data analytics and machine learning, and IoT.

Before joining Splunk, Sanjay was the Senior Director Product Marketing at Oracle Corporation from September 2006 to October 2008. Sanjay was responsible for global outbound marketing activities for Oracle Communications including product solutions strategy, industry positioning, sales enablement and pipeline generation. Sanjay developed the brand strategy and messaging for key Communications applications, created strong outbound presence and momentum for new business unit within Oracle. Sanjay led a team of senior Product Marketing professionals across Europe, North America and Asia.

Sanjay Mehta graduated with a BSc (hons) in Computing and Information Systems Science from the University of Bradford.
