Trevis heads the ThousandEyes Customer Engineering organization, focusing on post-sales support and services. He brings 25+ years of customer support and service experience, both in SaaS and Enterprise software companies.

Prior to joining the ThousandEyes team, Trevis served as the VP of Global Operations at Nextiva, and previous to this, held the role of VP of Customer Care and Success at Zscaler, where over a four year period, he lead the effort to vastly scale the post-sales teams. Trevis also served in senior global leader roles at Procera Networks, Meru Networks, and Trapeze Networks, where he delivered superior customer service on a global scale. He also served in the US Army Signal Corps, earlier in his career.

Trevis has a deep passion for ensuring that customers and partners have an overall great customer experience and he excels at helping fast-growing companies scale, by leveraging people, process, and technology.
