Michael Fahey

Michael Fahey serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Thrasio, where the company has become the largest acquirer of Amazon third-party private label businesses. In addition, Michael is a charter member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels, and holds advisory board positions with SeriesX and 5370 Technology Solutions. Previous experience includes serving as Deputy General Counsel at HomeServe USA, General Counsel and Executive Legal & Strategic Advisor in private practice, and a senior role at Affinion, where significant contributions were made to global strategic development and legal functions. Michael's legal career began as a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher, following an analyst role at Morgan Stanley. Michael holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA from Manhattan University, graduating summa cum laude.
