Trey Pierce

Trey Pierce is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in outside sales and account management. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at Threaded Fasteners, Inc. since August 2024, Trey has held similar positions at CrossRoads Building Supply and The Erosion Company, where responsibilities included managing sales in the Florida Panhandle. Prior to these roles, Trey was a Key Account Manager at Empower Rental Group and a Territory Sales Representative at Panhandle Rental Company. Trey's experience also includes being the Division Director for RCM Interiors, overseeing multiple painting projects and crews, as well as ownership of Precision Painting & Pressure Washing Of NWF, managing significant annual sales. Trey began a career at Sherwin-Williams Paints, progressing through several leadership roles. Trey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of South Florida.
