John Perkins

John Perkins is an experienced cybersecurity professional with extensive expertise in managed security services, operations management, and product development. As the founder, owner, and operator of Threat Angler since November 2017, John leads all aspects of the business, including sales and delivery. Prior roles include Director of Managed Security Services at Insight, where John designed a practice focused on cybersecurity outcomes, and Vice President of MSS Service Delivery at GuidePoint Security, overseeing SOC functions. John has a strong background in information security management from the Federal Reserve System, where leadership extended to multiple cybersecurity operations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from Norwich University and an MBA focused on Leading Strategic Organizational Change.
