Alexandra Pearson

Alexandra Pearson is a skilled professional in customer success, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience at ThreatDown since September 2024. Prior to this role, Alexandra held various positions at Malwarebytes, including Senior Manager of Global Partner Success and Senior Manager of Global Customer Success, where extensive programs for partner and customer engagement were developed.
