Albert Evans has held various roles in the tech industry since 2013. Albert began their career at Radial Inc. as an Account Manager, followed by a Customer Service Escalations role, and then a Customer Service Representative. In 2015, they joined iRobot as an iRobot Volume Sales Account Manager. In 2016, they moved to ConnectWise as a Sales Engineer, followed by a Sales Engineer role in the London office and then a Technical Support Consultant. Most recently, Albert has been working at ThreatLocker as an MSP Account Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, and Solutions Engineer. In their roles, Albert has assisted clients with software deployments, led client onboardings, responded to technical RFPs/RFQs, communicated the value proposition associated with ConnectWise products and services to prospective customers, provided pre-sales and post-sale support, attended trade shows and hosted events, identified, documented, and escalated issues and support requests, supported the implementation of business workflows and other software solutions, and managed accounts for iRobot's SMB channel.
