Shawn Hayward

Shawn Hayward has worked in the IT field since 2000. Shawn's first role was as Technical Support with Entrac Technologies Inc. in 2001. In 2000, they worked as Technical Support with ITC Systems. From 2010 to 2012, they were an IT Technician with Perkins +Will Canada. In 2012, they were an IT Consultant with CG Technologies Corp. From 2013 to 2019, they were an IT Support Specialist with Catharsis Managed IT. Since 2019, they have held the roles of IT Systems Support Analyst and Technical Support Specialist with ERCO Worldwide. Currently, they are a Solutions Engineer with ThreatLocker.

Shawn Hayward attended Primetech Institute from 1999 to 2000, where they received a degree in System Integration in the field of Information Technology. Shawn is currently attending Ryerson University.
