Shalev Elhaiany

Shalev Elhaiany is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and architecture across various sectors, including cybersecurity and big data. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Varonis since April 2024, Shalev oversees the development and architecture of innovative products. Prior to this role, Shalev was the Chief Architect at Cybereason, leading the Endpoint Protection Platform's R&D division and the Architecture group, managing a substantial team of engineers and establishing critical strategic initiatives. Shalev also held leadership positions at Forescout Technologies, the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, and the Israel Defense Forces' Military Intelligence, showcasing a solid background in software security, cyber R&D, and team management.
