Matúš Petrík

Matúš Petrík has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Matúš started their career at IBM Client Innovation Centre Central Europe as an IT specialist from September 2016 to June 2017. Afterwards, they joined EmbedIT as a Service Desk employee from July 2017 to December 2018, and then worked as a NOC System Administrator from December 2018 to October 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Application Support at ThreatMark since October 2019. In their current role, they are responsible for customer satisfaction and support, automation through ansible, assisting colleagues, and critical incident investigation and handling. Matúš also works with various technologies utilized by ThreatMark's AntiFraud Solution.

Matúš Petrík's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled in Stredná priemyselná škola strojnácka a elektrotechnická, Ul. Fraňa Kráľa 20, Nitra, where they studied Elektrotechnika until 2011. Following this, they pursued a degree in unfinished Aplikovaná informatika at Masarykova Univerzita from 2015 to 2018. In 2016, they also took the opportunity to earn a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, Matúš attended Palacký University in Olomouc, studying Informační technologie.
