Ofir Ashman

Ofir Ashman has held various positions in the security and intelligence field since 2012. In 2012, they began working for the Israel Defense Forces in various roles, including Intelligence Course Commander, Cyber Researcher, and Intelligence Researcher. In 2016, they joined ThreatSTOP, Inc. as a Security Analyst, where their responsibilities included malware infrastructure analysis, publishing whitepapers and blog posts, lecturing at Internet Security conferences in the US, and building internal training programs and mentoring. In 2017, they moved to Cyberbit as a Marketing Manager. In 2018, they rejoined ThreatSTOP, Inc. in multiple roles, including Senior Director of Security Research and Intelligence and General Manager of ThreatSTOP Israel, Senior Marketing Manager, and Security Analyst, Content and Marketing.

Ofir Ashman received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2019. Ofir is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
