Ann Starodaj

Ann Starodaj has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2005, they worked as a Program Manager for various environmental NGOs until 2008. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Project Manager for the Environmental Protection Agency. In 2015, they joined Optoro as the Head of Sustainability, where they led sustainability and circularity initiatives, managed zero waste programs, and oversaw metrics and reporting. Ann then transitioned to the role of Director of Enterprise Sales before leaving in 2021. Currently, they are working at thredUP, starting as the Director of Sales, Resale-as-a-Service (RAAS) and later being promoted to the Senior Director of Sales for the company's Resale-as-a-Service division.
