Vivien Labaton

Vivien Labaton is the Managing Director of Giving & Impact at Three Cairns Group. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Policy Advisor at JS Capital Management, LLC and as the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director at Make It Work. With a background in law and strategic initiatives, Vivien has also held positions at organizations such as The Atlantic Philanthropies, Center for Reproductive Rights, and Third Wave Foundation. Vivien has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from Barnard College. They are known for their work in editing collections of essays by leading activists on various important social issues.
