Karine Kias

Karine Kias is currently the Head of Risk and Compliance at Three Hills since September 2019. Prior to their current position, Karine held roles as AIFM Risk Manager and Head of Operational Risk & Conducting Officer at various companies such as LanghamHall and Management Plus Group. Karine has a background in finance and economics, graduating with a BSBA from the University of Hartford in 1991. Karine has a wealth of experience in risk management and compliance, having worked at companies like State Street and KPMG in the Channel Islands. Throughout their career, Karine has managed strategic projects and initiatives in the alternative investment services sector.
