Adam Solis

Adam Solis currently serves as the Director of EMR Operations at Three Oaks Hospice, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Adam worked at Heart to Heart Hospice from January 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included Director of EMR Operations and EMR Operations Systems Manager. Adam’s earlier experience includes a tenure at Homecare Homebase from October 2018 to January 2022 as a Senior Implementation Consultant and Implementation Consultant. Additionally, Adam participated in Macy's Executive Development Program from June 2017 to October 2018 and completed a Financial Project Management Internship at National Grid in May 2016. Adam holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Business/Corporate Communications from Texas A&M University, attended from 2014 to 2016.
