Kiichi Okabe is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level kitchen operations. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Three Oaks Hospitality since October 2022, Kiichi previously held the position of Kuro Executive Sushi Chef at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood from July 2016 to June 2023. A notable achievement includes being recognized for establishing OKKU restaurant as the Best Japanese restaurant in Dubai during 2014 and 2015 while serving as Head Chef. Kiichi has also worked as a culinary instructor and restaurant consultant at K dining inc, where expertise in Japanese cuisine and a diverse skill set in French and Italian culinary arts were leveraged for restaurant pre-opening and redevelopment projects. Previous roles include Owner Chef at Cafe de Japon and Executive Head Sushi Chef at Sushi Roku, alongside foundational experience as a Sushi Chef at Katana. Kiichi's culinary education began at Fujisawa Commercial High School.
