Founding Owner and Chief Executive Officer at Three Points Center

Norm Thibault, PhD, LMFT has a diverse work experience. Norm is currently serving as the President of the Association for Training on Trauma and Attachment in Children (ATTACh) since January 2020. Prior to this, they were the Founding Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Three Points Center, LLC since November 2014, where they also held the role of Founder/Executive Director from June 2014. From August 2005 to August 2014, Norm was the Owner & Director at The Family Life Therapy Center, PC. Additionally, they worked at the University of Phoenix from August 2007 to March 2013 as the Area Chair/Lead Faculty/Clinical Director.

Norm Thibault, PhD, LMFT began their education at Utah State University in 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Family and Human Development with a focus on Family and Marital Relationships. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Family and Human Development/ Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University, completing their studies in 1998. In 2001, Thibault enrolled at California Coast University, where they obtained their PhD in Psychology in 2005. With their extensive education in the field, Thibault has developed a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of family and relationship therapy.
