Vicki McKay

Vicki McKay is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Three Rivers Community Action since November 2018, Vicki previously held the position of Human Resources Director and Human Resources & Safety Director at Ellingson Companies from August 2013 to November 2018. Additionally, Vicki worked at Lakeland Care District as Operations Project Director and Human Resources Director from October 2009 to June 2013. Vicki holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
