Aarti Sura

Aarti Sura is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Three Ships, where Aarti also holds a position on the Three Ships Board and serves as the Chief People Officer. Prior to their current role, Aarti worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at Catawba Valley Health System. Aarti has also served on the board of directors for the United Arts Council of Catawba County and Catawba Science Center. Aarti gained valuable experience as a Financial Analyst at McColl Partners and Director Of Strategic Partnerships at New Profit Inc. Aarti holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
