Doug Hall

Doug Hall serves as the Director of Governance & Programme Management at Three UK since October 2020, overseeing the network investment portfolio and governance of over 250 programmes and projects. Prior to this role, Doug founded and directed Kenyon Street Limited, providing programme management and consultancy services. Additional experience includes significant positions as a Programme Director at Three and on strategically important initiatives such as a 5G data corridor bid in Scotland. With a robust background in programme management across various companies, including Smart DCC, Relish Broadband, and Vodafone, Doug has led critical transformation and recovery efforts, mergers and acquisitions, and facilitated the launch of new mobile networks. Doug holds a BEng in Electronics from the University of Warwick and an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Coventry University.
