Heather Williams is an accomplished entrepreneur currently serving in dual roles as the Director of Operations at iLoveKickboxing.com since 2014 and as an Entrepreneur at THREE since August 2023. In the role at iLoveKickboxing.com, Heather manages a team of six corporate leaders, focusing on driving operational excellence and financial growth through effective marketing, sales, and customer service strategies. Prior to joining the corporate leadership team, Heather was recognized as a top-ranked franchisee CEO, leading the Nashville studio to become a profitable operation with over 500 members. Heather's professional journey began at First Union National Bank, where services were provided as a Private Banking Manager from June 1993 to August 2000. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Florida State University.
